Thang Long Centre for Educational Quality Accreditation (CEA) represents the quality assurance sector in this partnership framework. Established in 2021 as a private quality assurance center, CEA holds accreditation from Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training. The organization provides comprehensive evaluation, certification, and consultancy services for higher education institutions and academic programs, with aspirations to achieve top national standing in alignment with ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) standards.
IDEAS Education JSC contributes technological innovation to the partnership portfolio. As an educational technology company, IDEAS specializes in interactive online course development, Learning Management System (LMS)-based training platforms, and lecture digitization services.
